What You Can Do In The Portal
- Pay Online: Securely pay deposits or invoices ahead of time to help speed up your pet’s pickup process.
- Book Services: Request daycare, boarding, and grooming reservations right from your account.
- Upload Records: Submit your dog’s vaccination records digitally for faster approvals.
- Manage Your Account: View invoices and estimates, sign waivers, update contact info, and manage pet profiles.
- Shop & Save: Purchase packages or store credit from your portal.
- Stay Connected: View your pet’s report cards, photos, and videos to see how they’re doing during their stay.
Getting Started
STEP 2
Upload your dog’s vaccination records into your portal files, OR have your veterinarian email them to PrairieDogSouth@gmail.com.
STEP 3
Once your vaccinations are reviewed by our team, you’ll be able to request and schedule reservations.
Current Clients
If you’re a current or past client, use the email you have on file with us to reset your password in the online portal. Once your password is reset, follow the steps above to finish setting up your account.
