What to Bring

Food

We prefer your dog’s food in pre-measured ZipLoc bags or plastic containers. Extra food is appreciated in case of an unexpected longer stay. Please DO NOT bring extremely large containers or bags of food, as we have limited space for the dog’s belongings. We do not accept dog dishes from home (excludes slow feeder bowls).

Collar + Lead

A fitted, flat collar with a legible name tag is required for all boarding and daycare dogs. Please bring your dog in and out of the facility on a lead. We do have leashes, collars, and tags for sale, at owners expense, if any of these items are forgotten.

Toys + Treats

You are welcome to bring along one of your dog’s favorite toys and treats. We do not accept rawhide, due to the risk of an obstruction. Please know, the toy’s state of return will depend on how your dog chooses to play with it while with us.

Bedding

Bedding from home with familiar smells can often help dogs to settle. If you provide your own, please ensure it can be washed easily. Limit of one blanket per dog. We do not accept large stuffed beds or crates/kennels. We have a large assortment of blankets at our facility to provide your dog if you would prefer the use of those.

Other Information

All dogs are boarded in private runs, complete with bedding and stainless steel bowls. During the day, dogs who have been trialed and do well in daycare, will play with the others. If your dog does not do well with other dogs, they will have access to private use of our boarding playroom and receive more one-on-one time with the staff.

Our facility is under supervision 24/7 of a full security system, including: smoke, carbon monoxide, flood, fire and burglary systems. We also have video and sound recording throughout the facility.

Daycare is included in boarding prices.
